Victoria Telecommunity Network Services

Domain Name Registration

We currently host users personal web pages for free. We can also register a domain name for you and host it.

Cost of registering a .ca or .org or .com domain is $107 per year. This cost includes web site hosting (up to 20 megs of disk space) and up to 5 POP accounts (for e-mail). This will provide plenty of space for most web sites and if more is needed as time goes on then it can be arranged for an additional fee.

Our users can avail themselves of our help desk service, either via e-mail (office@victoria.tc.ca) or by telephone (250) 727-7057 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays.

South Island Community Access Network

We manage the public Internet access sites on southern Vancouver Island on behalf of Industry Canada. The locations and hours of these sites can be found on the SICAN web site. The services at these sites vary, but there is normally someone available to assist members of the public with their questions.
